On the Ocean 2025

It’s a weekend a year in the making. A blur wrapped in a hurricane of friends and family and the most held of our Guster community.

We played 53 songs. Brian married a couple in a gazebo. We live podcasted. Dave held giant scissors. Y’all biked and boated and gamed. We cleaned up trails. We Dipped. We reunited with our brother Joe. We Lido’ed. We interviewed ourselves. We brought Airport Song into the 2000’s. We gazed at a full moon from the B-stage. Connor destroyed. Josh refused to be stumped. We made some stuff up (some of it even funny!). We Goat-ed and Bat-ted and Rose-d and Joy-ed and Champion-ed. Adam nailed his trumpet part. You danced. Brian “sang”. Bryan Lasky took 3,927 photos.

WE DID IT. WE DID IT TOGETHER.

It’s nothing but gratitude over here. Gratitude for our team that worked so hard to put this together, the musicians and comedians that joined us, the security that kept us safe from the ravenous fans (IYKYK). And all of this flows back to one source- you guys, our extended family that coalesced in the spirit of music, togetherness and joy.

Thank you. We love you. Can’t wait to do it again.

Ooh La Luxe is out now

B-sides are the leftover tracks that don’t make the cut for your album, and we’ve decided to release Ooh La La’s b-sides (we decided to call it OOH LA LUXE) and it is now released available.

We release these bonus tracks because they still have merit. We worked our butts off on ‘em. In fact, we spent more time on this song “It’s Wild” than any other song on Ooh La La.

It just didn’t fit.

Oh, and while this is an online thing and the Luxe edition exists in streaming platforms, we’re pressing a limited number of 7” vinyls of the two new tracks for sale in our merch store.
